My name is Bessam Kapuma and I founded NSDI in 2018 with an aim of mobilising people of Ntchisi to drive development initiative in the district... based on the needs of the people on the ground. It has been a satisfying journey. I hope you can join my call to uplift the lives of the people of Ntchisi.

Is to enhance quality of life for people of Ntchisi, through positive social change leadership and deliver value to communities through multi-dimensional information, governance advocacy and service

Every person (man, woman, boy and girl) in Ntchisi district has equal opportunity to unleash his/her potential and participate in and contribute to al aspects of life
ABOUT NSDI
Ntchisi Development Initiative in short NSDI is a membership based Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) registered under Malawi government. Its vision is to ensure empowered ... citizens of Ntchisi to drive development initiatives sustainably. NSDI is having over 500 membership, NSDI is rich in various expertise and acts as a spokesperson for the Ntchisi district community.

ADVOCACY
NSDI is the main advocate for the people of . We work with the District Commissioner to present the needs of the people of the ground. We work with our elected officials to ensure transparency and guard the interests of the people on the ground.
