Ntchisi Development Initiative in short NSDI is a membership based Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) registered under Malawi government. Its vision is to ensure empowered citizens of Ntchisi to drive development initiatives sustainably. NSDI is having over 500 membership, NSDI is rich in various expertise and acts as a spokesperson for the Ntchisi district community.

Is to enhance quality of life for people of Ntchisi, through positive social change leadership and deliver value to communities through multi-dimensional information, governance advocacy and service

NSDI VISION IS

Every person (man, woman, boy and girl) in Ntchisi district has equal opportunity to unleash his/her potential and participate in and contribute to al aspects of life

WORDS OF HOPE

The video clip shows villagers especially women drawing dirty water from the river to be used for drinking , cleaning of utensils as well as washing of clothes. Its NDSI hope to give Ntchisi people portable water by construction of boreholes. This will reduce the spread of water borne diseases and indeed change the livelihood of Ntchisi people.
